Full Bio

Rubén Segal is a creative facilitator, experiential designer, and organizational consultant based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since 1998, he has designed and led programs for multinational corporations, social organizations, universities, and community groups — working across more than 15 countries including Argentina, Spain, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Canada, Israel, France, Switzerland, and Morocco.

His corporate work includes creative direction and facilitation for consulting firms Emphasis, Sparks Creativa, and Nadanta, as well as collaborations with Axialent and training organizations in Barcelona and Madrid. He has delivered programs for global brands including Microsoft, PepsiCo, Novartis, and Nike. His sessions tackle leadership, innovation, culture, and team dynamics through experiential methodologies rooted in rhythm, body percussion, collective creation, and play — disciplines he has spent decades developing and refining.

Beyond the corporate world, Rubén has co-created theater, musical theater, circus, dance, and improvisation projects with artistic companies and international festivals. He has taught in holistic education master’s programs, expression and psychomotricity schools, and university programs at institutions including UPC Barcelona and UNSAM Argentina. His facilitation programs — including El Círculo Abierto and Train the Trainers — are built around rhythm, synchrony, body awareness, and group connection.

He is also the author of El latido divino: encuentros con el ritmo universal — a literary and experiential exploration of the Law of Rhythm as it moves through artistic creation, education, and human consciousness.

As part of the GES network, Rubén is the team’s Latin America resource — available for regional engagements and international projects where his cross-cultural fluency and creative depth are a natural fit.
