Zumba® International Conference – Orlando (2019)

At the Zumba International Conference in Orlando, I had the opportunity to design and lead a dynamic team-building experience for over 200 Zumba Jammers, the global creators behind Zumba’s choreography. While the conference traditionally focuses on training, performance, and business development, this session created a rare space for connection.

Through movement-based activities and interactive storytelling, participants were able to share their personal journeys, exchange ideas, and build meaningful relationships. Many attendees noted that, despite attending the conference for years, this was the first time they truly felt connected to their peers on a deeper level.

The impact extended beyond the session itself. Participants reported feeling heard, inspired, and more united as a team, leading to more productive collaboration throughout the rest of the conference. This experience highlighted the power of intentional engagement in transforming even well-established professional gatherings into meaningful, human-centered experiences.

PJ Library International Conference (2022)

At the PJ Library International Conference, I was invited to help set the tone for a global gathering of educators and community leaders. PJ Library brings together professionals dedicated to enriching Jewish life through books, music, and shared cultural experiences.

I led the opening icebreaker, facilitated a professional workshop, and designed an evening program focused on engagement, joy, and connection. From the very start, participants were invited into an environment that encouraged authentic interaction, collaboration, and play.

By integrating movement, storytelling, and experiential learning, the sessions helped accelerate relationship-building among attendees from diverse backgrounds and regions. Establishing this sense of connection early in the conference allowed participants to engage more openly, share best practices more freely, and build lasting professional relationships. The result was an energized, cohesive community ready to learn, grow, and collaborate.

Camp Winadu – Staff Training & Integration (2022–2023)

At Camp Winadu, I’ve had the privilege of leading staff integration and training for four consecutive summers. This all-boys sports camp brings together a diverse group of counselors, many of whom are international staff or former campers who must quickly adapt to a new environment and form a cohesive team.

From day one, my role is to create an engaging and supportive space where staff can connect, share their stories, and discover common ground. Through interactive games, team-building exercises, and leadership development activities, participants not only build relationships but also gain practical tools they can use with their campers.

Each year, we introduce new experiences designed to strengthen communication, foster inclusivity, and enhance leadership skills. By prioritizing strong staff connections at the very beginning, we help set the foundation for a successful, positive, and impactful summer, for both counselors and campers alike.

Jewish Leadership Network – Rio de Janeiro (2025)

At the Jewish Leadership Network Rio, I worked with a diverse group of 90 professionals and lay leaders (from 14 different countries) brought together for a three-day immersive experience focused on collaboration, innovation, and inspiration. Participants from different backgrounds, cultures, and generations gathered to share ideas, develop projects, and build meaningful connections. (14 different countries)

Throughout the event, GES was invited to intervene at key moments to help shift the energy of the room, moving participants out of purely intellectual engagement and into embodied, interactive experiences. Through movement, percussion, and playful connection exercises, we created opportunities for people to meet on a human level, beyond their roles and titles.

While this approach is not typical in traditional conferences, it proved to be essential. By fostering authentic connection and engagement, participants were able to collaborate more openly, think more creatively, and fully embrace the transformative potential of the gathering.

Singer Wealth Management – Annual Team Experience

In my third year working with Singer Wealth, I facilitated a high-impact, one-hour experience designed to bring their growing team together before their annual strategic planning session. This group of 30 professionals consistently prioritizes connection as a foundation for success. (Third time I came to them)

Through a blend of leadership activities, interactive games, music, and shared experiences, team members are invited to step outside their comfort zones, connect on a personal level, and embrace the power of play. The session encourages laughter, movement, and meaningful conversation, helping individuals see each other beyond their professional roles.

By the end of the experience, the team is not only energized but also more aligned, open, and ready to tackle the challenges ahead. Each year, as the organization continues to grow, these moments of intentional connection have become an integral part of strengthening their culture and collaboration.

The Arc of South Florida – Professional Development Day

During a professional development event with The Arc of South Florida, I delivered a focused, one-hour session designed to energize and connect a dedicated group of staff members who support children with disabilities across the region.

Despite the limited timeframe, the session created a meaningful impact. Through interactive activities, storytelling, and light movement, participants were encouraged to engage with one another, share their experiences, and step away from the demands of their daily roles.

The program blended inspiration, laughter, and connection, offering staff a chance to recharge while strengthening their sense of community. Even within a tight schedule, creating space for human connection proved to be both powerful and necessary, leaving participants feeling motivated, appreciated, and more connected to their work and each other.

DHL – E- Commerce Conference in Istambul 2025

I was part of a team of consultants from Performance To Potential. I had the task of creating the anthem of the conference, creating a few specific moments of engagement and fun. Then teach the anthem as well as lead them in a collective lip-dup where divided into teams they would all participate in going around the hotel and record lip-syncing part of the song with a cell phone. They were given props and the finale was done all together. The next day the edited video was shown to all bringing great memories and creating more than just an anthem but an amazing experience they will never forget.
