Martin Sipicki is a performer, actor, and certified life coach with a career that spans professional theater, television, improv, dance, and body percussion. Born in Argentina, he brings a rich artistic background and a natural ability to read a room — translating those skills into powerful group experiences for corporate teams, conferences, and community organizations.
Throughout his performing career, Martin has participated in numerous theatrical productions, earning nominations and awards for his work on stage. That same instinct for timing, energy, and audience connection is what makes him an exceptional facilitator. He works on topics including leadership, communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, and innovation — using humor, movement, music, and live group interaction to make the learning land.
As part of the GES team, Martin brings a new dimension to every engagement: sharp improvisational instincts, genuine musicality, and an out-of-the-box approach that keeps participants on their toes. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and is based in Miami, where he continues to develop programs focused on engagement, creativity, and team development.
